1 x 17.5 hours a week in Stockport - £11,338 - £12,750

1 x 35 hours a week in Warrington £22,676 - £25,500

We are looking for an experienced trauma worker/therapist to join our team. You will have experience in working with young people who have spent time in the care system, many of whom have experienced complex trauma. You will understand the 3-stage trauma model and have skills in working with safety and stabilisation. You may have additional therapeutic skills you can bring to the role such as EMDR, TR-CBT, creative therapies and other measurable therapies.

You will be confident in working with young people on an outreach basis in the community possibly in their own homes, in a local park or community setting.

You will also be confident in addressing a number of practical issues they may be facing that are getting in the way of them being able to focus on safety and stabilisation. You will also be confident in dealing with complex safeguarding issues

You will be extremely organised, flexible, adaptable and not fazed by last minute changes to plans. You will be able to manage your own caseload and keep timely accurate records
